Session Overview

This case study focuses on two park-based coffee hubs and kitchens operating out of adapted sea containers and providing a space with balls and games and seating for visitor to the park to enjoy.  

Created with Founder and Owner of Guerrilla Hub, Luke Bolton, complete the case study activity then listen while he shares the operation of the hubs including cleaning, systems for cooking with the single oven and the challenges with recruitment and retention of hospitality staff due to the border closures.
